What we offer

  • Provide HR operational support with focus on Compensation & Benefits projects and Talent Management projects
  • Perform Compensation & Benefits tasks such as benefits scheme, pension management, life insurance and medical insurance management
  • Manage market surveys analysis, internal reporting, and process documentation
  • Support annual HR program cycles such as trainings and talent management cycle
  • Participate in ad-hoc assigned HR projects

Qualifications

  • Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
  • Maximum 2 years of experience in a related HR field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
